Do I have to be an ANB customer to use Mobile Banking?
Yes, you must have at least one Amarillo National Bank personal account to use our Mobile Banking services.

How do I sign up for Mobile Banking?
1) Log on to ANB Online Banking and navigate to the Options tab.
2) Click on Mobile Banking Enrollment for Mobile Banking. You will need:
- Your 10-digit cell phone number.
- The name of your wireless carrier
3) Enter you cell phone number.
4) Select your wireless carrier form the drop-down menu provided.
5) Create you personal Mobile Banking PIN.

How do I set up Mobile Banking on my phone?
Setting up Mobile Banking on your phone is easy and hassle-free. There are no applications to download, just a few simple steps. After you enroll, ANB will send a text message to the cell phone number you provided. The message will include:
- A link to the ANB Mobile Banking website.
- A One-Time Password to log in from your cell phone.
1) Simply click on the link and the one-time password will be entered automatically.
- You can also navigate to www.anb.com from your phone’s Web browser and request a one-time password.
2) Enter your Online Access ID and Mobile Banking PIN, and you’re all set!

You can get started immediately.

Which phones/mobile devices are currently supported?
You should be able to access ANB Mobile Banking with any mobile device (phone, PDA or Palm®) that has Internet capability. If you are unsure of your phone’s capabilities, please contact your wireless provider. Please note: Although ANB does not charge for Mobile Banking, your wireless carrier’s standard Web access rates do apply.

What can I do if my phone is not Internet-ready?
Unfortunately, Mobile Banking cannot be used if your phone cannot access the Internet. Talk to your wireless provider about upgrading to a newer phone that has Internet capabilities.

What type of transactions can I complete?
Check balances, check account activity and transfer money between your ANB accounts.

Can I transfer funds between any of my accounts?
At this time, you may complete transfers to and from your ANB checking and savings accounts.

Can I pay bills using Mobile Banking?
Not at this time. We are working to add this functionality to our Mobile Banking service sometime in 2008.

Is there a daily cut-off time to complete transactions on the current business day?
Yes: 5 p.m. Central time.

What is the charge for using Mobile Banking?
ANB does not charge for mobile banking access; however, your wireless provider may charge for its Web service. Please check with your wireless carrier for Web access rates and plans.

How do I know my personal information is secure with Mobile Banking?
Your personal information is protected by advanced encryption technology to prevent unauthorized access.
The enrollment and set-up processes are designed to help protect your identity. First, you login to Online Banking using your secure Access ID and password, and then enroll in Mobile Banking. After enrollment, ANB will send a one-time Mobile Banking password via text message to the cellular phone number you provided. You cannot log in to Mobile Banking without this one-time password.
