Customer Service Supervisor Officer - Medical Branch

Job Duties:                          

  • Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
  • Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers.  These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting. 
  • Determine which financial products best meet customer needs and advising customers regarding advantages and disadvantages of different products.
  • Assist the Operations Manager & Branch Manager in providing friendly, fast and efficient customer service.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in duties and acts as back-up in the absence of the Operations Manager.

  • Perform, direct, and control all IRA operations in an accurate, efficient and timely manner in accordance with bank policies, laws and regulations (HSA were applicable).

Requirements:                

College Degree preferred, although previous work experience may be considered, a minimum of two or more years of banking experience is required.  Experience in all phases of bank operations is necessary.  Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and bank management, create and maintain a good company image with the general public.  Must be able to coordinate and supervise the branch’s customer service representatives and teller activities and motivate employees under direct supervision.  Must possess the ability to act independently and handle customer problems and complaints.
