Requirements:
A high school education is required. Previous bookkeeping experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional attitude towards customers and co-workers. Excellent customer service skills are required. Bilingual skills required.

Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.

- Responsible for the collection of past due accounts and arranging for the repossession and/or foreclosure of collateral, when necessary; counseling with customers in handling repayment of bank debt; maintaining adequate delinquency and loss ratios as prescribed by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Three to five years’ experience in consumer loans. Excellent oral and written communication skills. PC Literate. Must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to handle a multitude of activities.
