When you endorse your check for mobile deposit, please also write "For Mobile Deposit Only at Amarillo National Bank.” Then deposit your check in a few easy steps:
- Don't forget to endorse your check
- Be sure to use good lighting and place on a solid-colored surface
- Open your ANB app
- Select Menu at the top left
- Click "Deposit Check"
- Click front of check icon
- Take a picture of the front of the check
- Click "Use Image"
- Take a picture of the back of the check
- Click "Use Image"
- Click "Submit Deposit"

How do eStatements work?
- Each month, ANB will send you an e-mail notification as soon as your bank statement is available online.
- You can review your most current statement anytime, simply by logging onto ANB online banking.
- You can also review images of all checks that have cleared your account to date.
- Your eStatement can even be printed or saved to your computer for your permanent records.
- You can now view your statements through the ANB digital banking app.

Things to Know:
- How can I access my stored receipts? Go to ReceiptTrackr under Services in Online Banking. There you can view your stored receipts.
- Where are my receipts stored? In a secure cloud-based storage.
- Can I link receipts to specific transactions? Yes! Once the transaction posts, click on Receipt Details and then click Upload.
- Can I upload a receipt to a pending transaction? You'll have to wait until it's posted, or upload it to your receipt dashboard, If you used an ANB account, the receipt will automatically link when it's posted.
- Can multiple users access the same receipts? No, only the user who uploaded the receipts can view, manage, and download them.
- Can I download or print my receipts? Yes, you can print or download files up to 10MB in formats including CSV, Excel, PDF, and Zip.
- How long are receipts kept? 7 Years
- Is ReceiptTrackr compatible with QuickBooks? Not yet! But, it’s in the works!
